Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance, (MoF) on December 03, 2024, issued a Rescission of a Notification.

Under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962, the General Clauses Act, 1897, and the Finance Act, 2002, has issued a notification rescinding the earlier Notification No. 32/2022-Customs, dated June 30, 2022. This action is taken in the public interest.

The rescission applies prospectively and does not affect actions already taken or omitted under the previous notification. This new notification takes effect immediately upon issuance.
