Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Goa on December 04, 2024, issued a notification regarding restrictions on the Transportation of Liquor.

The following has been stated: -

•The Government has imposed a ban on liquor transportation within Ward No. V of Village Panchayat Nadora, Bardez, North Goa, from December 7-9, 2024, due to the Bye-Election. 

•The maximum permissible liquor quantities without a permit are: three quart bottles of Indian-made foreign liquor or foreign liquor (excluding beer), six bottles of 650 ml beer, and three quart bottles of country liquor per person, including their family.
