Secretarial ComplianceThe Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), on December 05, 2024, notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2024 to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008.

The following has been amended-

•The regulation 30A shall be substituted with the Summary Proceedings regulation.
