Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on December 06, 2024, notified regarding the customs duty in respect of three anticancer drugs Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, osimertinib, and Durvalumab reduced to nil.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that NPPA directs companies to reduce the MRP of drugs reflecting reduced GST and customs duties and to report price changes in Form II/V.

• It provides the information filed by the Companies with NPPA regarding the reduction in MRP on account of the reduction in Custom Duty and GST: -

o Imfinzi 120 Mg Injection 2.4ML(1.00 Vial) (Durvalumab INJECTION)

o Imfinzy 500 Mg Injection 10 ML(1.00 Vial) (Durvalumab INJECTION)

o Tagrisso 40 Mg Tablet 10

o Tagrisso 80 Mg Tablet 30

o Tagrisso 80 Mg Tablet 10

o Enhertu 100mg/5ml Inj. Vial(1.00 Vial) (Trastuzumab VIAL)
