Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 05, 2024, notified regarding the schemes operated by Pension Fund as Financial Products under the IFSCA Act, 2019.

It is stated that the ‘schemes operated by a pension fund’, shall be called as a ‘financial product’ under the IFSCA Act, 2019, with effect from December 06, 2024.
