The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on December 06, 2024, issued the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Third Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of June, 2025.”
This order shall come into force from December 06, 2024.
