The following has been stated: - 

•Rule 2 specifies various definitions of the terms like Autonomous Board.

•Rule 3 specifies the Composition of the State Council.

•Rule 4 specifies the Nomination of Chairperson and Members.

•Rule 5 specifies the Terms, and Conditions of Service of the Chairperson, and Members.

They shall come into force from December 05, 2024.
