The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 09, 2024, notified regarding the Grievance Redressal/ Escalation Matrix to be displayed by Investment Advisers and Research Analysts.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It advises all Investment Advisers (IA) and Research Analysts (RA) to prominently display on their websites the ‘Grievance Redressal / Escalation Matrix’ and bring it to the notice of their clients.
• It further states that IAs and RAs without websites shall email the matrix to new clients within 7 days of onboarding and to existing clients by January 3, 2025.
