The Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR) on December 04, 2024, issued a notification regarding Release Plan: Masking KYC Identifier in CKYCRR.
The following has been stated: -
•The release plan for masking KYC Identifier in CKYCRR, as per CKYC/2024/04, will go live on December 16, 2024, after 08:00 PM. Post-deployment, the KYC Identifier will be accessible only to registered reporting entities (REs) after successful download from CKYCRR.
•Reporting entities are advised to prepare their systems accordingly.
