The International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA) on December 09, 2024, issued a notification regarding Recognition Renewal for India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Ltd.
The following has been stated: -
•The IFSCA has granted a one-year renewal of recognition to India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Ltd., Gujarat, as a Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation. This renewal, valid from December 09, 2024, to December 08, 2025, is in line with IFSCA regulations and subject to compliance with prescribed conditions.
•The exchange will operate under the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020.
