Commercial Compliance The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on December 10, 2024, issued the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Methods of Chemical Testing of Leather, Folding Box Board and Others.

The following Indian Standards were established on November 29, 2024 and will be withdrawn on May 28, 2025:

• IS 12254 : 2021 Polyvinylchloride ( PVC ) Industrial Boots — Specification (Second Revision)

• IS 17861 : 2022 Textile Boots With Polymeric Sole ( Jungle Boots ) — Specification
