The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on December 10, 2024, notified regarding the transaction charges - Options on Guar Gum and Guar Seed Futures and Commodity Transaction Tax (CTT) applicability on Options on Guar Gum Futures.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the transaction charges for Options on Guar Seed and Guar Gum Futures are set at ₹30 per lakh of premium turnover, effective December 11, 2024.
• It further states that CTT on Guar Gum Futures Options is 0.05% of the premium for sellers and 0.0001% of the settlement price for purchasers upon exercise.
