Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Power (MoP) on December 10, 2024, amended an older notification No. S.O. 185(E), dated January 12, 2009, related to Energy Conservation Act.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (2) –

(a)In Table 2, for the figures “2024”, the figures “2025” shall be substituted.

(b)In Table 3, for the figures “2024”, the figures “2025” shall be substituted.
