Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 11, 2204, issued a notification regarding the declaration of the Coal Industry as a Public Utility Service.

The Central Government hereby declares the services of the industry engaged in the Coal Industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a further period of six months with effect from December 28, 2024.
