The Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on April 03, 2024, issued a circular regarding periodic revision of Guidelines/SOPs.
The following has been stated: -
•The Board's Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) may be periodically revised based on field feedback, new standards, or notifications from authorities like MoEF&CC, CPCB, and the Government of Kerala, or at the Board's discretion.
•The Board also reserves the right to make case-specific decisions that supersede these guidelines or SOPs based on the actual conditions of industries or operations.
