The following has been stated: -
•ESIC reiterates the need for optimizing electric consumption by adjusting contract demand based on actual usage, maintaining an optimal power factor, adhering to regulatory tariff norms, and ensuring timely connections for capital projects.
•It stresses compliance with payment procedures for new projects and the need to reduce excess expenditure.
•Units are requested to review their electricity consumption and submit an action taken report within 15 days.
