The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 11, 2024, notified regarding the declaration of the Industry engaged in the Industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals, and Atomic Energy as a Public Utility Service.
It is stated that the services of the industry engaged in Industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals, and atomic energy are to be a public utility service for a further six months with effect from December 28, 2024.
