The Government of Nagaland on November 14, 2024, issued a notification regarding the rescindment of an older notification No.F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1) (Vol.II)/191 dated December 26, 2022, related to Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules.
The following has been stated: -
•In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Nagaland, Finance Department (Revenue Branch), F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol.II)/191 dated December 26, 2022, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
This notification shall come into force from November 14, 2024.
