Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, (CBIC) on December 13, 2024, issued a notification regarding the amendment in an old notification related to the unloading of imported goods.

Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 83/2024-Customs (N.T.), dated November 21, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 722 (E), dated November 21, 2024, in line 16, for the words, letters and bracket, “(vi) Dhanakya” read, “(x) Dhanakya”.
