Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 13, 2024, issued a circular regarding Trading holidays for the calendar year 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•The Exchange has announced the trading holidays for 2025, which include holidays for festivals like Mahashivratri, Holi, Diwali, and Christmas. Notable holidays include Id-Ul-Fitr, Independence Day, and Diwali (Laxmi Pujan and Balipratipada).

•Muhurat Trading will be conducted on October 21, 2025, with timings to be notified later. The full list of holidays spans from February 26 to December 25, 2025.
