Labour Compliance The Government of Nagaland on November 30, 2024, notified Nagaland Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Rules, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•Section 2 specifies various definitions of the terms like Fund and Panchayat.

•Section 2A is about Awareness of the prohibition of employment of children and adolescents in contravention to the Act.

•Section 2B specifies the Child to help his/her family without affecting education.

•Section 2C is about the child who works as an artist.

They shall come into force on November 30, 2024.
