Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Nagaland on November 30, 2024, notified the Nagaland Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2024 to further amend the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2023.

The following has been stated-

•It shall extend to the whole of Nagaland.

•In Section 10(3) and Section 22(4) of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2023, the words "one-fifth shall be substituted by the word one-third".
