The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on December 13, 2024, notified regarding the extension in the timeline to submit comments on the consultation paper on the Process for appointment of specific KMPs of an MII; and the cooling-off period for KMPs and Directors of an MII joining a competing MII.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has been decided to extend the timeline to submit the public comments on the consultation paper till December 31, 2024.
• The comments/ suggestions shall be submitted through web-based online mode at - https://www.sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/publiccommentv2/PublicCommentAction.do?doPub licComm
