Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Finance Department, Nagaland on July 10, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in an older notification no. F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1) (Vol.I)/263, dated September 20, 2018, related to the Tax Collection at Source (TCS) to be collected by every electronic commerce operator for intra-State taxable supplies.

In the said notification, the words “half per cent " shall be substituted with the figure and word “0.25 per cent.”

This notification shall come into force from July 10, 2024.
