Secretarial Compliance The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on December 13, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Approved Banks for acceptance of Bank Guarantee and Fixed Deposits.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The list of Approved Banks for acceptance of Bank Guarantee and Fixed Deposits has been modified to include Karur Vysya Bank Ltd.

• The revised list of approved banks for acceptance of Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Fixed Deposits (FDs) as collateral from December 16, 2024 has been stated in the notification.
