class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on December 13, 2024, issued the amendment to notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) dated August 03, 2001 regarding the amendment to the notification regarding Certain Oils Tariff Value.
The following has been amended namely: -
· The Tariff value of goods under Table-1 regarding Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, etc. has been amended
· The Tariff value of goods under Table-2 regarding Gold, silver, etc. has been amended
· The Tariff value of goods under Table-3 regarding Areca Nuts has been amended
This shall come into force on December 14, 2024.
