Finance & Taxation Compliance The Department of Excise and Taxation, Govt. of Haryana on December 09, 2024, notified regarding the Cessation of Requests for Examination of Input Tax Credit Impact on Pricing.

It is stated that the Haryana Governor appoints April 1, 2025, as the date from which the Authority will cease accepting requests to examine the impact of input tax credits or tax rate reductions on pricing.

This shall come into force with effect from September 30, 2024.
