EHS Compliance The Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on February 07, 2024, notified regarding the validity of Environmental Clearance (EC) of quarries obtained from DEIAA.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the ECs granted by DEIAAs for quarries shall remain valid for one year from April 28, 2023, unless expired earlier or invalidated by SEIAA after reappraisal.

• It further states that the applicants shall submit a ₹200 stamped undertaking on the EC's reappraisal status with consent applications for processing.
