EHS ComplianceThe Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on July 08, 2024, issued a circular regarding the CTE/CTO in relation to Ground Water NOC.

It is hereby directed that Consent of Board (ICEACO) shall be issued accordingly including the condition therein that "in case of usage of ground water, the Project Proponent must obtain NOC from CGWA within one month from the date of issue of ICE/ICO unless falling in exempted category as per MoJS Guidelines dated September 24, 2020 and amendments dated March 29, 2023 thereto".
