The Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on October 15, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Authorization Process for Homeopathic Units.
The following has been stated: -
•The Institution of Homeopaths Kerala has requested simplifying the authorization process for homeopathic units.
•As per the Board's Circular No. PCB/HO/SEE 3/Tech/9/2019, clinics implementing only outpatient (OP) systems must submit an affidavit confirming no biomedical waste generation, expired drug returns, and proof of building ownership (land tax receipt or lease agreement).
•Failure to comply may lead to further action.
