Industry Specific Compliance The Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR) on December 16, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Revised Release Plan: Masking KYC Identifier in CKYCRR.

The following has been stated: -

In continuation of earlier communiqués CKYC/2024/04 (October 17, 2024) and CKYC/2024/06 (December 4, 2024), the implementation date for masking of the KYC Identifier has been deferred. The new go-live date is set for January 20, 2025, after 8:00 PM, instead of December 16, 2024. Reporting Entities are advised to take note and ensure system readiness accordingly.
