The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on December 16, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Submission of VAPT Report for FY 2024-25
As per Exchange Notices dated September 16, 2024, and October 4, 2024, trading members must conduct and complete Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for FY 2024-25 between September and November. The final VAPT report, approved by the Technology Committee, along with a digitally signed detailed and summary report from a CERT-In empaneled entity, must be submitted through the member portal by December 31, 2024.
Failure to comply by the due date will attract penal/disciplinary actions as per Annexure C of the notice dated September 16, 2024. Members are urged to adhere strictly to the requirements
