The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on December 13, 2024, notified regarding the comprehensively revised schedule of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). It was issued by the Commission vide Direction No. 83 dated September 17, 2024.
The Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide its directions dated December 05, 2024, further asked the Commission to consider incorporating certain additional measures, which are currently under Stage III of the GRAP, under the GRAP Stage II.
In compliance with the above and as submitted before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its hearing on December 12, 2024, the Commission hereby further issues a comprehensively revised schedule of the GRAP duly incorporating all the aforesaid changes, for implementation with immediate effect, as enclosed.
Currently, GRAP Stage-II has been invoked w.e.f. December 05, 2024, and accordingly, the revised Schedule under Stage II, as above, shall immediately come into force.
