Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Haryana on December 12, 2024, notified the Haryana Enterprises Promotion (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Rules, 2016.

The following has been stated-

•In rule 4, in sub-rule (7), for the figure and word “10 crore”, the figure and word “15 crore” shall be substituted.

•In rule 7,- (a) In sub-rule (5), for the figure and word “10 crore”, the figure and word “15 crore” shall be substituted. (b) In sub-rule (7), for the figure and word “10 crore”, the figure and word “15 crore” shall be substituted.
