The Government of Meghalaya on August 28, 2024, rescinded an older notification related to the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
The Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Meghalaya, Excise, Registration, Taxation & Stamps Department, No 27/2022- State Tax, dated December 26, 2022, published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part II A, vide number 22, dated January 12, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
This notification shall come into force from August 28, 2024.
