EHS ComplianceThe Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) on July 05, 2024, notified all the stakeholders to obtain consent to establish (CTE) and consent to operate (CTO).

All stakeholders must obey the provisions of the "Environmental Guidelines for Poultry Farms" published by the Central Pollution Control Board in January 2022. As per the guidelines, all concerned stockholders of all poultry farms handling above 5.000 Birds at a single location within the state shall have to obtain consent to establish (CTE) and consent to operate (CTO) under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act 1981 from Gujarat Pollution Control Board to establish and to operate poultry farms. Copy of the guidelines is available on the website of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board.

The board will take legal action against the offenders.
