EHS ComplianceThe Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) on November 20, 2024, issued a notice to all the registered entities on the Waste Tyre EPR Portal.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the deadline for filing quarterly and annual returns has been extended to December 31, 2024, for FY 2023-24.

• It states that during the period of extension, EPR Certificate generation and transfer shall also be carried out on the EPR portal.
