The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 17, 2024, issued a circular regarding a reminder for the Submission of the VAPT report for FY 2024-25.
The following has been stated: -
•Trading members are required to complete and submit the VAPT report for FY 2024-25 by December 31, 2024, as per NSE circular NSE/INSP/63908.
•The report must be approved by the Technology Committee and digitally signed by a CERT-In empaneled entity. The submission should include both the detailed and summary reports uploaded on the member portal. Failure to submit on time will result in penal or disciplinary actions.
