Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Meghalaya on July 10, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in an older notification no. 52/2018-State tax, dated September 20, 2018, related to the Tax Collection at Source (TCS) to be collected by every electronic commerce operator for intra-State taxable supplies.

In the said notification, the words “half per cent " shall be substituted with the figure and word “0.25 per cent.”

This notification shall come into force from July 10, 2024.
