The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on December 11, 2024, issued a notification regarding an extension of the date for seeking comments/suggestions on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Sale of Carbon Credit Certificates) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•The deadline for submitting comments, suggestions, or objections on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Sale of Carbon Credit Certificates) Regulations, 2024 has been extended to December 31, 2024.
•Submissions can be sent via email or uploaded through the SAUDAMINI Portal. Queries regarding portal uploads can be directed to the e-Court Helpdesk. Comments received after the deadline may not be considered.
