The National Stock Exchange, (NSE) on December 19, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Common violations and deficiencies observed by the Exchange during the inspections of Trading Members.
The Exchange has issued a circular referencing NSE Circular Ref. No. NSE/INSP/63648 dated August 29, 2024, highlighting common violations and deficiencies identified by SEBI during inspections of Trading Members for April 2023 to March 2024. These details are available on the Exchange website.
Additionally, a list of similar violations/deficiencies observed by the Exchange for the period April 2024 to September 2024 is provided in Annexure A of the circular and accessible on the Exchange website. Trading Members are urged to review these observations, implement necessary measures to enhance compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
