Labour Compliance The Department of Economics & Statistics, Kerala on December 13, 2024, notified regarding the Consumer Price Index Numbers for Agricultural Labourers and Industrial Workers for the month of October 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the Index numbers are based on two series: 2011-12 = 100 and 1998-99 = 100.

• It provides that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for October 2024 varies across districts in Kerala, ranging from 198 (Palakkad) to 224 (Kasargod).
