The Government of Rajasthan on December 16, 2024, issued a notification related to Waiver of Interest or Penalty under Rajasthan GST Act, 2017.
In exercise of powers under Section 128A of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Governor of Rajasthan, on the recommendation of the Council, has notified the dates for payment of tax to avail a waiver of interest, penalty, or both.
For Registered Persons with Notices or Orders under Section 128A: Payment can be made up to March 31, 2025.
For Registered Persons with Notices under Section 74: Payment can be made within six months from the date of issuance of redetermination orders under Section 73 by the proper officer.
This notification is effective from November 1, 2024.
