The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on December 07, 2024, notified regarding the Payment of Processing fee at the time of application filed for Agent registration & its Renewal and deposit of Registration & Renewal fee after approval by the Authority.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the applicants for real estate agent registration under ORERA shall comply with conditions or face rejection, despite paying facilitation and registration fees.
• It states that ORERA cannot refund fees for rejected agent registration or renewal applications due to the absence of provisions under the Act.
• It introduces a ₹1000 processing fee for agent registration and renewal applications, with additional fees charged upon approval.
