The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on December 18, 2024, issued a caution notice regarding Fraudulent Edu Tech Companies/Institutions.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that some Edu-Tech companies and their affiliates are misusing the AICTE logo, misleading students and faculty about AICTE's association with their internship and training programs while charging fees.
• Stakeholders are advised to verify claims of AICTE's association with Edu-tech companies before engaging with them, using the list of official MoUs available on the AICTE website.
