The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on December 19, 2024, issued an addendum to an older notification related to fixation of ceiling price of certain drugs.
The following has been stated: -
•The NPPA Order No. 1552(E) dated March 26, 2024, with S.O. 2293(E) dated June 14, 2024, introduces a new addition to the ceiling price fixation of I.V. fluid packs. Sl. No. 28 is added in Table B, listing M/s Jedux Parenteral Private Limited with products "JEDUX DOUBLE PORT WITH EURO HEAD" and "JPORT PLUS."
•Clause (g1) specifies that only the prices from Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of Table A apply to these formulations.
