Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 20, 2024, notified regarding the declaration of the services engaged in the Defence establishments as a Public Utility Service.

It is declared that the services engaged in the industry of Defence establishments to be a public utility service for a further period of 6 months with effect from December 24, 2024.
