The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, (NABARD) on December 17, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Interest Subvention to NRLM Women SHGs-Submission of audit certificates for the FY 2022-23 and 2023-24.
The Department of Rural Development has issued modifications for submitting final claims under DAY-NRLM for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24. All claims, certified by the Statutory Auditor, must be submitted by 25th December 2024. For loans with unique codes, banks should ensure timely submission, while for non-unique code loans, RRBs and Cooperative Banks must submit claims to NABARD with certification from a senior official and a Statutory Auditor Certificate validating correctness. Other instructions from prior circulars remain unchanged, with a detailed SOP provided in the annexure.
