Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 20, 2024, notified regarding theIndustry Standards Note on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) Core.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It requests its listed companies to take note and comply with the 'Industry Standards Note on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) Core'.

• It also provides the Carbon Accounting Proxy (CAP) Methodology for Estimating Scope 1 & Scope 2 Emissions.
