Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on December 11, 2024, notified regarding the implementation of Telecommunication (Right of Way) Rules-2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the Department of Telecommunications has notified the Telecommunication (Right of Way) Rules, 2024, effective from January 01, 2025, replacing the Indian Telegraph Right of Way Rules, 2016, and related orders.

• These new rules will govern telecom infrastructure deployment across India.
